Apple Cider

Our dad was the first farmer bold enough to grow organic fruit in the Hood River Valley over twenty-five years ago. Today our family packs all of the apples grown on our farm, saving the sort-outs from about twenty varieties to go into our tasty juices. For this bottle of cider, we’ve sorted, washed and Cold Pressed about four whole apples, selected for a balance of sweet, tart, and full bodied flavor.
