Here you’ll find quick answers to our most common questions. And if we missed yours, just ask — we’re always happy to help!

  • Check out our Store Locator to find us or specific flavors near you. If we're not offered in an area near you, you can order some of our offerings online through Azure Standard.

  • We do not offer direct purchase at this time. Check out Azure Standard for direct purchase of some of our offerings.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our juices, we do not offer shipping at this time. You can often put in case order requests at your local retailers who carry us.

  • If you were previously able to purchase a flavor, and have not seen it on shelves recently, this could be due to a distribution issue. Contact us directly with your location and preferred store, and we'll try to get it back on shelves.

  • Please contact us with the product name, drink by date, lot code, and retailer you purchased from. We will do our best to remedy the issue!

  • While we do offer Food Service items in half gallons and/or gallons, we are not set up to fulfill larger ingredient wholesale orders.
